Shelley Campbell, MSW, RSW, RCSW
Shelley Campbell is a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) with over 20 years of experience in social work and therapy. She has extensive experience supporting frontline staff, first responders, and diverse populations, bringing a strengths-based, holistic, and culturally sensitive approach to her practice.
Shelley provides counselling to youth, adults, and families, specializing in trauma, relational challenges, and high-conflict situations. She has particular expertise in reunification therapy, helping families rebuild trust, restore parent–child relationships, and foster emotional safety and healthier communication.
Her practice integrates evidence-informed therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Clinical Hypnosis. This approach allows her to support clients in navigating complex emotional, relational, and occupational stressors effectively.
Shelley is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and serves on the board of the Willow Winds Fetal Support Network, reflecting her commitment to supporting families and children in complex circumstances. She is committed to creating a safe, culturally sensitive, and client-centred space, where individuals and families can heal, grow, and build resilience.
Outside of her professional work, Shelley enjoys quilting, puzzles, travelling, campfires, and spending time with family and friends. She shares her home with family, two dogs and two cats, all who bring joy and balance to her life.
